Meet the team

Local to North Wales, after university Rob came home to put his skills into practice. When not at work, he can be found walking his two dogs, or (mostly) eating. In late 2022 he rediscovered his love of the gym.

Rob joined White Gables as a partner in 2016 and took full ownership in December 2021. As well as being the boss, he’s an extremely caring dentist, husband and friend.

Nadine joined us in 2018, sharing her varied experience of general practice, as well as care provision for anxious and special care patients.

In her spare time, Nadine enjoys travelling, going to the theatre, and spending time with her husband and their young family. She’s mum to two little girls.

Originally from Warwickshire, Nick moved to North Wales in 2022, eager to embrace his passion for the outdoors. There’s certainly no shortage of hills to clamber, right here on his new doorstep.

Amongst other things, Nick has a keen interest in hiking, gardening, cricket and environmental conservation.

Heather started her career in dentistry, over 20 years ago, as a young dental nurse. Upon discovering a true love for dentistry she went on to train as a therapist at University to develop her skills and progress in her career

Living locally on the North Wales coast with her husband and two young children, most weekends are filled with family time, social gatherings and long walks with their two dogs.

We welcomed Donna to the White Gables family in 2023, joining us as a skilled and caring dental therapist – evidenced by her being named dental therapist of the year in 2012. She also holds qualifications in inhalation sedation and facial aesthetics.

Outside of work, Donna loves spending time with her young family, keeping active in the gym and volunteering at junior park run events.

Diane has lived in North Wales for over 20 years, but her silky Scottish accent is still unmistakeable. She’s a whizz at caring for gums and giving hygiene advice.

Outside of work, Diane loves spending time with family, cooking, reading, and crafting… she makes fabulous gift cards and more.

Paula is a skilled hygienist, working with her patients to improve their oral health, and educate them on how to maintain it at home between appointments.

In her spare time, Paula especially loves making new memories with her little boy.

Nadine has worked as a nurse for nearly 20 years, is a qualified dental radiographer, and skilfully manages White Gables Dental Practice too (she’s a busy lady).

She lives locally with her husband, their two daughters, and a very cuddly cockapoo.

Kim joined the team in 2022, providing a warm welcome to everyone who visits White Gables, or gets in touch by phone, email etc.

As well as being a whizz behind reception, Kim is a keen cook and baker. She also enjoys reading and watching the gogglebox.

Welsh-speaking Alwena has been a qualified dental nurse since 1984, not that she looks old enough. She’s been at White Gables for over 22 years.

She and husband Mark enjoy walking and spending time with family, including their daughter and granddaughter.

Jenny splits her time, working both as a dental nurse and on reception. So don’t be surprised if she pops up here, there, and everywhere.

She lives locally with her partner and can often be found out and about walking their little fur-baby, Tommy.

Libby joined the team at White Gables in 2020, bringing with her a sunny disposition and a generous heart, which was much appreciated during the pandemic.

Outside of work, Libby enjoys working out at the gym, going on adventures, drinking cocktails and has an obsession with dogs.

Joining White Gables in 2020, Trish is our equivalent of a lock-down baby, completing most of her training with us under the spectre of COVID. But she aced it!

In her free time, Trish enjoys going out with friends, cooking and (the best bit), eating.

Originally hailing from Rochdale, Tia moved to North Wales in 2022 to settle with her partner – lucky for him, and us! She fits in so perfectly, it’s like she’s always been here.

In her downtime, Tia enjoys good food, exercise, and spending time with friends.

Joining us a trainee dental nurse in 2023, Sara originally hails from Anglesey, but now lives locally with her family, including her cuddly cat.

She enjoys cooking while listening to true crime podcasts, reading Russian literature, and travelling. A bonus for us, Sara is also a fluent Welsh speaker.
